Our life of prayer includes work, study and recreation.
We have adoration of the Blessed Sacrament throughout the day from 8 AM until 8 PM.

Monday – Saturday:
5:20 AM — Rising Bell
5:50 AM — Office of Readings and Morning Prayer, followed by Meditation
7:20 AM — Mass, followed by breakfast and study time
9:20 AM — Midmorning Prayer
9:40 – 11:30 AM — Work time
11:30 AM — Midday Prayer
12:00 PM — Dinner
1:00 – 1:30 PM — Recreation
1:30 – 2:30 PM — Silence Hour
2:40 PM — Rosary and Midafternoon Prayer
3:15 – 5:00 PM — Work time
5:00 PM — Vespers
5:35 PM — Supper
6:35 – 7:30 PM — Recreation
7:40 PM — Compline and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, followed by Meditation
Sunday:
5:20 AM — Rising Bell
5:50 AM — Morning Prayer followed by Meditation
7:00 AM — Mass, followed by breakfast
9:20 AM — Office of Readings and Midmorning Prayer
11:30 AM — Midday Prayer
12:00 PM — Dinner
